The mother of two teenagers, Adrian and Kimberly Nieves. She came to the US in 2001 with a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico. She eventually pursued a Master\u2019s Degree in Accounting, with a concentration in Personal Finances from Rhode Island College. And, is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Progreso Latino and Co-Owner of El Grand Salon in Providence. Within the Puerto Rican Professional Association of Rhode Island, Giselle has proudly held the positions of Community Relations, Treasurer Assistant, Interim Vice-President and Treasurer.
